This time I will show you the easiest way to save the webpage in PDF format. This easy option you can find in the Google Chrome web browser. Google Chrome is one of the best web browsers in these days.

First browse the page that you want to take PDF copy, the select “Customize and control Google Chrome” (you can find it in top right corner). Then select Print option.

As you can see, underlined in RED,

Destination: You can select this to change whether you want to save as PDF or other type
Page: Number of pages you want
Layout: Landscape or Portrait
Margin: Whether you want margin or not

Listening Post - The Speaking Poster Innovation

A poster can speak, would you believe it? Recently the notice boards of Liverpool UK covered with amazing posters which can playback music. This poster is about a musical show. There are some thumbnail images placed in the poster and if someone touches it, it will play a music. Also this poster allows you to book your seat to the musical show. There's an another thumbnail button and when pressed it will play back your seat number.
This new poster is the next generation of the posters. These posters can placed like other posters on notice boards. This poster called as "Listening Post" . This poster made in the normal paper with a printed circuit.

Listening Post is really like a normal poster but it made out from a conductive paint. All the parts including graphics, letters of this poster is also a part of this circuit. Solar power used as the energy source for this poster and used solar powered batteries. These batteries also printed on the poster which is unnoticeable. The speaker of this poster also printed on the poster (There is a special technique used to thick the poster, then a speaker can easily place). If the speaker volume too low then there's a headphone jack also.

There are some ongoing experiments to reduce the cost of this poster and also researching the ways to increase interaction this with people. One technique already added is the "Like" button. People can vote the "Like" and which will store in the circuit. Later, those votes can be counted.

There is a huge gap between web page and a normal poster, because in web page people can interact with them. The innovators of this Listening Post said that, "This Listening Post will reduce the gap between web page and normal poster".

Online banking, online booking and many more online things spread around the world because of internet. But would you believe, in 1978 there’s a network for online things in France? It is called France-Wide-Web and also called “Minitel”.

In earlier days, the purpose of this Minitel is to do banking, shopping, connect to air and rail service departments and also connect with cable TV services etc in online by using a keyboard and monitor. This was very successful at that time and this was the best communication network before originate internet. Monitor, key board, modem and the telephone connection are the main part of Minitel network. Transaction media is telephone lines and only “Text” will be visible in the monitor. Remove Vocals in Mp3 and Make a Sound Track

I needed a sound track of a song. I Google it, searched every where in the internet for the sound track. I fed up of it and stopped searching it. I started think of a new way to do it and i found a solution that to remove the voice of music track and get the sound track. I found 2 software that can do my task easily. First software is "Audacity" (Download from here).

Steps to follow

1. Select the Audio file (File --> Open)

2. Right Click on the Track --> Split Stereo Track

3. Select Effect Menu --> Select Vocal Remover

Second software is "Mp3 Karaoke" you can download it from here. This software rather easy than the previous one, just need to add the mp3 file and select "Make Karaoke".

Quality of the sound track depends with these parameters,

1. How the sound track and audio track embedded. For me 1 one's quality better than the second.

Mouse Wheel Options and Tips

Most of the new mouse (computer ;)) has a mouse wheel. Did you ever come up with the question that “what is the use of this mouse wheel?” I know that most of you never used this mouse wheel except scrolling pages. So we’ll look at what are the functions available in mouse wheel.

You can scroll down the page (you know it already)
Click the link in a webpage with your mouse wheel; link will open in a new tab of the browser. (This option same as “Right click > Open in a new tab option”.
On any file like (PDF, Word) or web page click (you will get this icon) (No need of keep pressing just one click enough) the Mouse Wheel and then go Upside, downside, left side, right side easily. By using method you can go around the file (if big size file this method is very suitable).
Press the CTRL key in the keyboard and roll the mouse wheel, you can see the page zoom in and zoom out.

These are some secret tips of using mouse wheel easily. I know most of you will not aware of at least one of these options.

GPS Controlled Drones for PirateBay Servers to Protect from SOPA

As you all know about Torrent definitely you would know about “ThePirateBay”. “ThePirateBay.se” is the biggest Bit Torrent website. Most of you would definitely downloaded songs, films, games, software through Piratebay for sure. As the new American government act SOPA – (Stop Online Piracy Act) the free file sharing sites like megaupload banned and took the owner to the custody. Most of the file sharing site shut their sites because of this SOPA. (Still Mediafire is up and running, I don’t know what will happen to them because of this SOPA).

PirateBay also took some serious actions to protect this SOPA. One is they changed their domain “org” to “se” now you can access to piratebay by type “ThePirateBay.se”. “org”is a top level domain and it belongs to America.

The biggest action from piratebay is they try to set their servers in GPS controlled drones in the air. As they said with modern radio transmitters we can get over 100Mbps per node up to 50km away. They setup this drones in the air area of their friendly country. This is still with the experiment level but really achievable with modern wireless transmission.
